What is included in the course fee?
Each plan covers tuition, course materials, and access to our learning resources. Private and corporate plans also include a personalized study plan and periodic progress reviews with your instructor.
Can I switch between group and private lessons?
Yes, students can move between group and private tracks between terms. Contact our team before the new term starts so we can adjust your schedule and confirm any price difference.
Do you offer online tutoring or only in-person classes?
We offer both. Online tutoring is available for all languages and levels, using the same curriculum and materials as our in-person courses at our Cairo location.
Is there a registration fee?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 250 applies to new students, covering enrollment, placement testing, and access to your student account. Returning students are not charged this fee again.
What is your refund policy?
If you withdraw before the second class of a term, you can receive a refund minus the registration fee. After that point, fees are non-refundable but can often be credited toward a future term upon request.
Do you offer discounts for long-term enrollment?
Students who enroll for two or more consecutive terms receive a reduced monthly rate. Ask our team for current term dates and applicable discounts when you register.
